Edsbyn Black is a high-quality picture frame made in Sweden from genuine ayous. This picture frame has been painted in black with a matte finish, giving it a modern look - a look which is heighted by the frame's angular edges. The edges are 13 mm wide and 11.5 mm deep. These are well-balanced dimensions which make the frame seem slender and neutral while also solid and stable.

This frame is delivered with float glass, which is a glass with slightly better light properties than normal glass, as well as 40-45% UV protection. The frame's backing is made from MDF, and furnished with hanging loops that allow you to hang your frame in both portrait and landscape orientations. The backing is held in place by small metal pins that you can easily bend and raise when mounting your picture. The picture frame has a rabbet depth (inner depth) of 8 mm, and there's plenty of space if you want to complement your picture with an elegant mount.
